Does ConciergeMD act as a primary care doctor?
It’s up to you! We can take over your care or we can work closely with your primary care physician and keep them in the loop the entire time, ensuring that your care is comprehensive and coordinated.
How can ConciergeMD help with specialist access?
We can arrange expedited appointments through our robust network of specialists, from cardiology to dermatology, to psychiatry. Instead of weeks, we’ll get you in within a matter of days.
Are lab tests included in my ConciergeMD Membership?
We assist with blood draw and send your insurance information along, and our lab partner will directly bill your insurance company.
Can ConciergeMD assist with prescription refills?
Yes, we can fill standard prescriptions for all Concierge members. We can only fill controlled substances for those enrolled in the Premium or Executive Membership.
Are there any restrictions to sending prescriptions out-of-state?
This depends on the medication and laws of the state you’re traveling to. You can get a prescription filled in a state different to the one in which it was originally written. However, controlled substances prescriptions have more stringent laws in certain states. Ideally, check this before you travel.
Can I use ConciergeMD during a life-threatening emergency?
No! Please call 911 and go to your nearest ER.
Does ConciergeMD accept insurance?
No, we are an out-of-network provider. However we can provide you with a superbill for receipt of out-of-network services. Payment from the health insurance company is not guaranteed.
Can I use my FSA or HSA to pay for my membership?
Yes, you can enter your FSA and HSA cards on the booking link during payment.
What is ConciergeMD membership cancellation policy?
Memberships have a 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months we require a 30 day notice to cancel the membership. If membership is cancelled before 6 months, the client is charged for the full 6 months.
