The test is collected via cheek swab. Avoid eating, smoking, chewing gum, and drinking anything except water for 1 hour before collection. Refrain from drinking water for 30 minutes before sample collection.

Once your sample is received at the laboratory, it typically takes 2-4 weeks to process and deliver your results. You will receive a comprehensive report detailing your biological age along with personalized health insights and recommendations.
