Joe Shepherd, MMS, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who graduated from Grand Valley State University with a master’s in physician assistant studies.
With several years of primary care medicine experience, Joe is dedicated to providing high-quality care to his patients. His professional associations include the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the San Diego Society of Physician Assistants.
He is committed to creating deep, meaningful relationships with his patients to provide a collaborative healthcare experience built on trust. He specializes in addressing the root causes of illness and pain, as well as overcoming any barriers to good health. In addition to his primary practice, Joe also works in an underserved family medicine clinic. In his free time, he likes to surf, travel, and walk his two dogs with his wife, Carley.
