Chanel Ferrante is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, recognized for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and commitment to delivering elevated, personalized care. Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a passion for redefining the patient experience.
Chanel earned her Master of Science in Nursing from UCLA, where she specialized in adult-gerontology and environmental health, reflecting her interest in the connection between lifestyle, environment, and overall well-being. She began her career in the operating room before expanding her expertise in urgent care and concierge medicine across Beverly Hills and Malibu, where she developed a deep appreciation for the highly personalized nature of concierge care.
Originally from Hawaii, Chanel integrates a holistic philosophy into her practice, blending functional wellness with evidence-based Western medicine. Her approach is informed in part by her experience as a Nurse Practitioner at the Four Seasons, where she cultivated a care model centered on prevention, balance, and long-term vitality. She has pursued additional training in functional medicine, hormone optimization, natural medicine, and aesthetics to provide a comprehensive scope of primary care.
Beyond her clinical work, Chanel is deeply committed to service. She has participated in global medical outreach through Mission of Hope in Haiti and has been actively involved in establishing local outreach initiatives in Maui following the Lahaina fires.
